Since 1997 to 2019 Marie Diaz owned, operated, & expanded her first business Pursuit of Excellence, into a full scope of business strategy,  performance optimization, consultative strategic human resource offerings, including: Organizational Development & Design, Exit Planning, Business Optimization, Leadership Development, Developing High Performance Teams, Culture, HR Risk Management to include Employee Engagement, Benefit Management and Hiring the right Talent. She has since moved to Chairman so as to pursue her passion and role with CEO CLUBS IMPACT 

(In her spare time) she expanded her entrepreneurial spirits into the retail & restaurant industry with Cielo Bistro's, The Cutting Board, The NOVA on Preston, Fine Latin cuisine restaurant in Dallas, Texas. Last but not least her love for animals inspired her entrepreneur spirit into writing her latest book; A Coffee Table Book Series - PAWsitives Perspectives inspired by her Yorkies, Romeo & Juliet.

As a self-trained entrepreneur Marie named her first company Pursuit of Excellence. Pursuit of Excellence was based on the premise that the greatest power on earth is a concept or idea that can inspire people to be greater than they are, to lead and motivate others and to help others achieve their personal dreams. This has been core in her life; to always pursue excellence and to help others achieve their life goals. Thus, the name of her first entrepreneur spirit. "Pursuit of Excellence"  

"You never arrive," states Ms. Diaz, and when you think you do, it's time to change rooms. She also recognizes persistence, patience, grit and the ability to listen, while having the vision to see conceptualization through to implementation as essential success factors of any business.  Most importantly, Marie has learned to never give up, never give in to nay-sayers and if your disliked or hated, you're probably making a difference. 

There are times in life, Marie says from experience, in which giving up is simply not an option.  when life throws you curve balls, you never realize how strong you are until inner strength is all you have on your side.  It’s the actions you take at any given point in life that determine the ability to succeed, to not only survive, but also to intentionally live with purpose.
